Jeffery Preece, BCE, PHE, is a seasoned pest management expert with over three decades of industry experience. He is the founder and Technical Director of ZipZap Termite & Pest Control, established in 1993.

A graduate with summa cum laude honors, Preece holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) and a Public Health Entomology Certificate Holder (PHE). Firstly, his career began in 1985 alongside his father, where he honed his skills in Arizona’s unique pest control challenges.

Jeffery Preece is a dedicated industry leader. Furthermore, having served as President of the Certified Entomologists of Mid-America (CEMA). As well as the Pest Management Association of Greater Kansas City (PMAGKC). He has held multiple leadership positions within PMAGKC. He has been a continuous member of the Missouri Pest Management Association board since 1995, including two terms as President. His contributions extend to the national level, with involvement in the National Pest Management Association’s Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) committee.

In 2010, Jeffery Preece developed the Associate Certified Entomology Program for Missouri. He has undoubtedly been instrumental in training and mentoring the next generation of pest management professionals. Moreover, his commitment to education and professional development is evident in his extensive involvement in industry associations and dedication to advancing the field of pest control.
